1. What crops do you grow? Be sure to consider what you grow in an entire calendar year for sale at the Market. Specify cultivars, heirlooms, etc.

2. Are you interested in selling “value-added” processed food items that you make?

2.2 Do you use a certified kitchen, and where is it located?

2.3 Do you (or your workers, if applicable) have an OR Food Handlers' Card?

This application does not/will not certify a grower as organic.

I can expect to hear back from People's Co-op in approximately two weeks.
