Jenica Barrett, creator of Zero Waste Wisdom, discusses the benefit of making your own body care products at home and why it is important for consumers to pay attention to the packaging their products come in. Participants will learn about recipes for the entire cosmetic routine from hairspray to lip balm. 

During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to make their own body scrub, lotion, or deodorant to add to their cosmetic routine! Additionally, Jenica will share options for purchasing more traditional cosmetics while still keeping the environment in mind.
