Join other vegan-food eaters + makers to share dishes from this edition’s featured cookbook, Minimalist Baker’s Everyday Cooking!

Our VIC team chose this book because it’s 1) appetizing 2) totally accessible and fun for both new and avid home cooks and 3) from a local vegan author, check!

We want to encourage people to cook, get inspired, and get talking.

Pick up a copy of this cookbook from a store or library, or even easier: head to the blog for a ton of free recipes!

Cook from the book/blog, and make one of your favorite dishes to share on October 26th.

Bring the dish (heated in advance, if desired), a serving utensil, and a plate, if you like. We’ll have plenty to share, as well. Come hang out and then we’ll talk about vegan food...on a Friday night...what could be better?
