Building a Culture of Consent

Building a culture of consent is an essential piece to finding a better, healthier way to connect, explore, and express our sensuality and sexuality that is innate to our human experience. The transition between what has been the norm to creating new norms can be messy, uncertain, uncomfortable, challenging, and at times, scary. Yet, the ability to respect and encourage boundaries while creating held containers for exploration and discovery will enable us to be fully self-expressed in our journey into sexual self-respect.

This day-long intensive will...

  • Illuminate the unspoken assumptions, beliefs, and societal concepts at play in our intimate experiences
  • Break down the patriarchy for greater understanding
  • Teach foundations and tools for consensual intimacy
  • Engage in a practicum to apply what you've learned

Together we will create a held, confidential container for our tender places, courageous strength, and fallible humanity.
