Founder Raj Vable will share Young Mountain Tea's work to build a bridge that connects remote Himalayan villages to Oregon. He'll discuss the challenges and joys that come with working across cultures. Come thirsty, tea will be served!

Raj started Young Mountain Tea with a promise– if Himalayan communities would grow tea, Raj would start a company in the United States to sell it. In addition to tea, Raj runs a self-publishing company with his father and works with a non-profit named Wild Gift, which uses the wilderness to inspire the next generation of thought leaders.  He loves ultimate frisbee and the ocean.
